INTERNING
CHDC offers a variety of internship programs to students. Interns may fulfill course requirements as deemed appropriate by their university, and staff are very willing to accommodate class schedules. Programs available include: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Speech Pathology, and Dietetics. Other areas may be available. These programs allow students to acquire valuable field experience, as well as to gain the knowledge of working with the developmentally disabled population.
GET INVOLVED
Church organizations, civic groups, businesses, schools, etc., are welcome and encouraged to volunteer at CHDC. Groups may work with clients, provide services to CHDC, or contribute monetary donations. If your group is interested in volunteering at CHDC, please contact us or click the link below. ​
